Announcement for 01/20/11
Webinar Will Examine Effective Case Planning Strategies
Webinar DescriptionCase plans provide a structured approach that helps supervising officers and probationers/parolees negotiate daily activities and achieve central reentry objectives. Effective case plans are dynamic instruments that organize a parolee or probationer’s behavioral expectations and are adapted according to his or her actions while on supervision. This free webinar will demonstrate how case plans can be used as a tool to structure interactions between officers and supervisees by providing supervisees with clear, direct, short-term goals that encourage accountability and and promote long-term behavioral change.
When: February 2, 2011, 2:00 p.m. ET
The webinar, facilitated by Le’Ann Duran, Project Director of the National Reentry Resource Center, will feature presentations by
- Matthew T. DeMichele, Ph.D., American Probation and Parole Association
