Juvenile Record Clearance Policies Overview

  • Juvenile records related to a delinquency petition that were dismissed due to insufficient evidence can be expunged immediately. You have to submit a request to the court to start the process, and it is up to the judge whether or not to grant your request.

You cannot get your record expunged if you have an adult felony or misdemeanor conviction, or have a pending felony, misdemeanor, or juvenile case.
