Procedure General
The petitioner will submit a motion to vacate to the court, at which time the court will forward a copy of the motion to the prosecuting attorney and conduct a hearing at which both the prosecuting attorney and petitioner are entitled to be present. Ind. Code Ann. § 31-37-22-11(c).

Effect
The adjudication is vacated.
