Procedure General
The court may order the sealing of case records in the manner provided by Family Code Chapter 58, Subchapter C-1. For the specific procedure, see Tex. Fam. Code Ann. §§ 54.04012 and 58.251, et seq.
Fees
There is no statutory language on fees.
Effect
On entry of the sealing order, all adjudications relating to the person are vacated and the proceedings are dismissed and treated for all purposes as though the proceedings had never occurred. Tex. Fam. Code Ann. § 58.258(c).
