Pardon Me Clinic (Philadelphia, PA)
Coordinated by X-Offenders for Community Empowerment, Bread & Roses Fund, and the Institute for the Study of Civic Values, this clinic is for formerly convicted individuals who are no longer on probation or parole and who need assistance to engage in the pardon process.
