It is difficult to develop a coherent reentry initiative without a clear understanding of the flow of individuals through the process — from the point an individual enters a correctional facility through his or her release and return home. During this hands-on workshop designed specifically for demonstration grantees, we provided an overview of how to do system mapping, and then facilitators worked with each grantee team to begin developing a map of their reentry process.
