Conference Session: Enhancing Job Readiness

May 26 (10:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.) and May 27 (8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.)

This session focused on what works in job readiness — offering strategies for government and community-based organizations to use transitional employment and other approaches that can provide both an income and structure as individuals reintegrate into their communities. It included a discussion on building and sustaining effective employment and education programs.
