Grant would provide assistance to inmates

1/13/10 Chillicothe Gazette—"A new coalition organized by the Ross County Board of Commissioners is working to bring as much as $1 million to the area to work with felony offenders before they head to prison.

The November creation of the coalition is a result of the Second Chance Act signed into law by President George W. Bush in April 2008."
