Job market even tougher for ex-offenders

11/19/09 Minnesota Public Radio—It's always been difficult for people with records to find jobs, but in this economy, it's even more so. At the same time, foundations are cutting funds for ex-offender work programs. Experts say the situation threatens public safety and may lead to increased crime rates.
