Op-Ed: Parole effort has to succeed
10/2/09 Lansing State Journal—Michigan Prisoner Reentry Initiative (MPRI) is a collaborative effort designed to assist formerly incarcerated individuals live productive, law-abiding lives. Since this initiative began four years ago, MPRI has led to 1,500 fewer people returning to prison.- Available online
